  • Standard Shipping: Our default option for most orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $20 USD (or equivalent in local currency) to eligible destinations.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, select express at checkout. Additional fees apply, starting from $3 USD, depending on your location and order details.
  • All shipping rates are displayed and confirmed during the checkout process. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • United States: 4-15 business days for standard shipping; 3-10 business days for express.
    • European Union: 10-20 business days for standard shipping; 5-13 business days for express.
    • Other International Destinations: 15-30 business days for standard shipping; varies for express.
  • These are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from our esteemed suppliers in Eastern regions to provide you with high-quality, globally sourced products. However, some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible—please check during checkout. For shipments to Brazil or other South American countries, additional local regulations may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress via the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days of order confirmation, contact us at hello@valemza.com.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by you upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order. Valemza is not liable for any customs-related delays or additional charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@valemza.com with your order number and details. We'll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy [LINK].

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain high-risk areas. Hazardous materials or restricted items are not applicable to our fitness apparel products.
