Browse our collection, select your items and sizes, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping and payment details. Orders are confirmed via email once payment is processed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately at hello@valemza.com with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to assist.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Our products are sourced from esteemed suppliers in Eastern regions for quality assurance and shipped worldwide. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates: 4-15 business days to the US, 10-20 to the EU, and 15-30 to other international locations. Customs may cause delays—track your order via the email link.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $30 USD (or equivalent). Costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. International duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return items in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Contact hello@valemza.com for a return code and drop-off instructions at US postal services (e.g., USPS). Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We provide a prepaid label for approved returns, but any customs fees are non-refundable.
